Rail Shipments from Bakken Slow

Bakken oil shipments down
New data shows that oil shipments by rail have slowed from the Bakken Shale play.  Regulators dispel the rumor that some of the terminals there have been shut down due to new rules and regulations.

A new order from the US Department of Transportation requires all crude to be tested before being shipped by rail.  New concerns sent oil futures up by 60 cents per barrel.  The US Federal Railroad Administration says that any rumors of a shutdown are unfounded.
